All website orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws. Customers outside Malaysia are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to their country or jurisdiction, including those relating to their business, website, products, services, and customers. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Customer Content

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any text, images, logos, videos, or other materials they provide.

Website Compliance

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their business, website content, products, services, privacy notices, advertising, and other activities comply with laws applicable to their business and customers.

Ugesh Info Tech Services, provides website design and technical services and does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice unless separately agreed in writing.

Website Performance & Security

Ugesh Info Tech Services, will provide the services described in the agreed package but does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, website traffic, sales, revenue, uninterrupted availability, or complete protection against security threats.

Third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, payment providers, and other platforms may experience outages, changes, or failures outside our reasonable control.

Ugesh Info Tech Services,is not responsible for losses, damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or other losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures, outages, security incidents, or changes affecting third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited, the parties agree that the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement.

The Customer remains responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the country or jurisdiction where the Customer operates or conducts business. This includes laws relating to the Customer's products, services, website content, advertising, privacy, data protection, consumer protection, and other business activities.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights or protections that apply to the Customer under applicable law.

Acceptance

By accepting the quotation, making payment, or instructing Ugesh Info Tech Services, to begin work, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
